This new release gives you a much improved ability to segment and report on your customers.
A new report is now available in your admin under https://admin.growing-good.co.uk/customers/report.
This provides more data than you have had access to previously which you can then export to use for contacting customers or simply for record keeping. It also lists all results in one report which means you can download all customer data in one go.
This report makes available all essential columns of data, along with data on our recently released customer tags functionality. Any tags that are created in your admin appear as a column in this report.
The data in this report includes all customers that have been created in your admin.
How to use this report.
The report page initially lists all the columns of data. To use this report effectively you can change what columns you want to view the data on by click on ‘columns’ and then toggling on and off the columns you want to show or hide.

The below example shows how changing what columns are visible, you can then segment your customers by delivery round.

You can then apply filters to segment by one particular delivery round. This example shows name, email and delivery round.


You can also apply multiple filters to delve further into the data. The below example is showing how you could find all customers on Delivery round 8 that have a current subscription by applying a filter for Delivery round 8 and subscription value that is greater than 0.

Reporting on tags.
This report as previously mentioned gives you the ability to report on tags. This will be incredible valuable when wanting to analyse how successful your marketing efforts are, helping you plan how you choose to advertise in the future.
The example below shows the columns Name, Email and the Tag ‘How did you hear about us?’ that has answers associated with it. You can then sort to bring these to the top.
