We have created the ability for you to add delivery breaks in your admin. This means you can pause your orders from processing when you are taking a break, for example at Christmas.
This can be accessed through settings in the main menu /settings/delivery-break
Setting a delivery break will mean no orders will process on the week’s that are set as a delivery break. This will also prevent any new orders being placed for that week and all automated emails (such as deadline reminders) to current customers will be paused until the next active delivery week.
How to set a delivery break.
Setting a delivery break is very straight forward. Start by clicking the ‘Add delivery break’ button located at the top right of the page.

Select the week number from the drop down. The box will automatically assign the correct year.
For example you can’t add a week number that is in the past for the current year. For example if you are in week 50 (2023) and select week 5 it will automatically change the year to 2024.

Hit ‘Save delivery break’. This will close the dialog box, create the delivery break in the admin and automatically skip any orders that are scheduled.
You can easily remove the delivery break by hitting the delete button.

How will fortnightly orders restart?
Fortnightly orders will remain on their usual odd or even cycle. For example if you pause week 52 in your admin those orders will restart on week 2 as they are both even weeks.
If you pause orders for week 1 fortnightly orders for customers who land on that week will restart on week 3.
