Adjust Product Availability:
- Go to the product's settings and click the ‘Availability’ tab.
- Under ‘Available weeks’, select a Start and End week using the week selector. Confirm changes by clicking ‘ok’ and hit ‘save’.
Reset Availability:
- Click ‘reset weeks’ to remove week limitations and save your changes.
Storefront Updates
- Availability weeks will adjust the date options for customers accordingly.
- Automatic Basket Updates: If availability is changed, items will be removed from baskets if their selected week is no longer valid.
Important Notes
- Recurring Orders: Setting specific week availability disables the ‘Allow recurring orders’ option, and it remains locked until availability settings are reset.
Setting the availability of products by week number
To make a product only available for a specific week (or weeks) navigate to the product you want to update the settings for.
Click on the ‘Availability’ tab at the top. This will open the availability settings for the product which also includes ‘Christmas’ and ‘Distribution method settings’.
Under ‘Available weeks’ you can choose a ‘start’ and ‘end’ week that the product is available for. Click on the ‘Start week’ field to open the week selector and then pick the week number by scrolling through the dates and selecting the correct week.
Clicking on any date in the calendar will update and select the week number for that date.



Click ‘ok’ to confirm the change. Repeat the same for the ‘end week’ field.
Please note: Only consecutive weeks can be selected for limited available weeks.
Hit ‘save’ to confirm the changes on the product. The availability weeks will then show in the fields that have been completed.
Resetting the availability.
To change the settings for the product back so it is not limited by a week number, hit the ‘reset weeks’ button located under the ‘End week’ field. This will remove the previously selected weeks from the product. Hit ‘save’ to update the changes.

Once the availability settings for the product have been applied, the date selector on the product in the storefront will update accordingly.


Availability changes and removal from customer baskets
If the week availability for the product is changed and weeks are removed from the product availability. Products will be automatically removed from baskets when the week number does not match the product’s week availability.
For example if an item was available between week 17 and week 23 and customers have added the item to their basket for week 23. The product is no longer available and the end week is changed to week 22. Any customers with the item in the basket in week 23 will have the product removed from their basket automatically.
Product availability and recurring items
When availability weeks are set on a product, the ‘Allow recurring orders’ toggle will be automatically switched off and is locked until the product is not limited by available weeks. It’s not possible for a product to be only available for limited weeks and be available as a recurring item.
