We are excited to launch a host of new features and updates to our platform this afternoon! This includes the following:
📆 Holiday booking improvements Based on feedback we have launched some improvements to the way in which holidays are booked by customers. This will make it clearer to the customer when they have booked a holiday for. When a customer books a holiday it is now in a calendar view where they can select any day in the week they want to book off to cancel that week and then select a further week to skip more than a week’s worth of orders. The booking calendar also displays the customers delivery day.
Coming soon! Calendar view of holidays and scheduled deliveries giving customers an overview of their upcoming orders from within the holiday booking page.
🔢 Grouped product SKUs now visible on fulfilment reports. We have added the SKU’s for any ‘Grouped products’ to the fulfilment area of the admin for improved reporting on this product type. This was previously missing from the data within fulfilment.
🔐 Improvement to password resets
Password reset attempts will now indicate when an email address does not exist. This should reduce any unnecessary admin associated with this issue.
🐛 Bug fixes
- Driver app fix for boxed items. The list of items within a box is now scrollable from within the driver app.
- Resolved error when manual processing orders without box contents.
- Resolved swap/boxable options staying active after disabling a product. When disabling a product the ‘available in boxes’ toggle option is now toggled off automatically.
- Resolved swap selection list being cut off in the admin when adjusting box contents within an order record.
