How do I cancel an order and delivery fee? – Growing Good

To correctly cancel a whole order including the delivery fee the status of the order should be changed to ‘cancelled’. This removes the order from any of the fulfilment information and also ensures that any delivery fee is refunded as well. If you cancel all of the individual products within an order without changing the order status - the delivery fee remains and the order will still appear in related packing and delivery data. Steps to cancel the whole order including delivery fee:

Locate the order you want to cancel in Sales

Click ‘view’ to open the order record

At the top of the page click on the order status drop down

Change the status to ‘cancelled’

Scroll to the bottom of the page to choose and action your refund option
