Viewing Order Delivery Times
Summary: Track when orders are delivered by viewing the date and time logged against each drop on the /fulfillment/delivery page. Delivery times are captured automatically whenever a driver marks an order as complete in the Driver app, giving you visibility into delivery performance across routes, drivers, and time slots.
You can view when an order has been delivered from your /fulfillment/delivery page. Whenever an order is marked as Delivery completed in the Driver app, the date and time are logged in the admin against that drop for the relevant week.
⚠️ Note: Delivery times will only appear for orders marked as completed through the Driver app. Orders completed through any other method won't have a recorded delivery time.
How to view order delivery times
1. Open the deliveries page. Navigate to /fulfillment/delivery in your admin.
2. Select a delivery day and round. Choose the delivery day and round you want to review.
3. Review the delivery timestamp. The date and time of delivery will appear against each drop.
4. Search for a specific drop (optional). Use your browser's find function (Ctrl+F on Windows, Cmd+F on Mac) to search by customer name or address.
How delivery times can help you
Tracking delivery times gives you useful insight into both day-to-day operations and longer-term performance:
- Spot patterns in on-time vs. late deliveries. Identify bottlenecks tied to a specific route, driver, or time of day so you can address them.
- Measure delivery performance as a KPI. Use delivery timeliness as an ongoing metric to improve service quality over time.
- Correlate delivery reliability with customer retention. Customers who consistently receive their boxes on time are more likely to stay subscribed, making delivery performance a useful lens on churn.
