We'll invite you to a test admin system so you can learn how the fulfilment process works. Look out for an invite from us to create a password for the test admin, then log in at demo.growing-good.co.uk . This is a separate system, so nothing you do here affects the order data in your real admin site.
Box builder Go to Products → Box builder and choose either ‘Copy box contents’ from the previous week or start from ‘Empty’.
Unlock the page by clicking the ‘padlock’ icon at the top and confirming. You can now add items to a box.
Click ‘Add products’ on one of the veg boxes. Search for and select products. You can keep searching and selecting to add several items at once before you confirm.
Change the ‘Est boxes’ number and watch the summary table on the right-hand side update.
Updating inventory for products Go to Products → Manage inventory .
Change the stock type for a product by double-clicking its field, then set the stock type you want.
Add stock by double-clicking the ‘Quantity’ field.
Save your changes by clicking the ‘floppy disk’ icon on the right-hand side of the table.
Live basket data View live baskets at Live baskets → Total . Move the week forward at the top if the current week has already processed. This shows the total of each product sold before orders have processed.
View customer orders at Live baskets → Customers . Click ‘View’ to open a customer's record.
Fulfilment of orders Explore the fulfilment data on the day after your process day. Go to the Fulfilment → Overview , Bagging and Picking pages.
Organise the delivery order at Fulfilment → Deliveries . Open a day of the week that deliveries fall on, then click ‘Optimise delivery route’ to assign drops to the round. Try changing the order by dragging a drop to a different point in the round.
See how to pack orders at Fulfilment → Packing . Your delivery rounds are listed on this page.
Print labels for your boxes by clicking the ‘print’ icon for a delivery round. You can change your printer settings at Settings → Printing , choosing either 10-per-sheet inkjet labels or a thermal label printer.
Click ‘Pack’ to explore the packing screen, which is designed for tablets.
Click ‘Print’ then ‘Printed packing sheets’ to view the packing sheet option. This is an alternative to labels and packing screens, and it needs printing.
Explore the downloadable packing data by clicking the download button on a delivery round. ‘Export packing sheets’ includes lots of detail, with each product a customer ordered on its own row. ‘Export labels’ lists each customer on their own row. ‘Export packing summary’ lists each product with its total, which is handy when you just need the quantity ordered per product.
View the printable driver sheet by clicking the ‘Packing days’ tab, then the ‘print’ icon, then ‘Print driver sheets’.
If you run a ‘collection only’ scheme, go to Fulfilment → Collections to view the collection overview and collection checklists. You can print the checklists to take to the collection point.
Delivery sheets and driver app testing On the day of delivery (Thursday), or the day before (Wednesday), open the demo driver app.
Explore the app and tap ‘Delivery completed’.
If you'd rather not use the driver app, you can use the driver sheets mentioned above.
