When you first start the onboarding process with us we will invite you to join our Discord server. Discord is a communication platform
Discord is a voice, video and text chat app that's used by tens of millions of people ages talk and hang out with their communities and friends.
The majority of our communication will be through the Discord app. This allows us to manage requests and resolve any issues efficiently and transparently with all members of the team.
You will have your own dedicated ‘text channel’ that we will send messages in and create threads on specific topics. There will also be a ‘voice channel’ for voice or video calls.
Some calls will take place on Google Meet as they can be scheduled in advance.
You can also connect with other users of our platform in the community channels.
