Time-Sensitive Products

The release of our new ‘Time Sensitive’ product option will be a great improvement when managing products such as Milk and Dairy which often have an early order cut off with suppliers.

  • Our new ‘Time sensitive’ product option can now be found under ‘availability’ and ‘Lock subscription at’ in any product in your system.
  • A unique lock time for each product can now be set which enforces an early deadline for a specific product prior to the delivery round deadline.
  • Once the product is locked in the customers basket a padlock icon will be displayed replacing the usual edit icon next to the product in the basket. This also includes a tool tip and dialog explaining the lock status of the product.
  • After the delivery round deadline passes, products unlock as the basket resets for the next week.
  • You can find a new time sensitive product report in live baskets so you can easily see what products have the time sensitive option applied for ordering with suppliers.

Subscription Management Enhancements

  • Users can now see week availability for products while creating or managing subscriptions in the customer baskets in the admin, reflecting the limited available weeks defined for each product.

Christmas Delivery Updates

  • Subscriptions scheduled for delivery during the Christmas delivery week now correctly display their Christmas delivery dates in the admin, ensuring accurate scheduling and reporting.

Refunding delivery and packing charges when orders cancelled

  • Cancelling an order in the admin will now automatically refund both the delivery fee and the packing charge, streamlining the refund process.
