We are excited to launch a host of new features and updates to our platform this afternoon! This includes the following: 📦 Box builder improvements
This update will speed up the process of adding items to your box contents. We have updated the process from adding each line item individually to being able to search, select and add multiple items in one go to your box contents. To use effectively, now start your box planning process by typing in part of the name of the product you want to add. This will bring up the list of relevant products. Select the product and then search again for your next product, select and then repeat the process until all of the items you wish to add are selected. Hit the ‘Add products’ button to then add these to the box contents. When adding the items the default quantity will be added which can be adjusted after the item has been added. Updated guidance to follow.
📆 Holiday booking UX improvements
We have made further upgrades to the UX of the holiday booking functionality. Holiday bookings now support date ranges with much clearer visuals of when the customers delivery/collection day is. The customer now select a specific start and end date of their holiday, any orders between the dates will then be paused. We have further improved the UX for customers by also including a calendar view showing clearly in red a summary of all of their booked holidays and when the delivery/collection day is for their orders. 🧱 New content blocks added to page builder
We have added 2 additional content blocks to your page builders to further enhance the design of your websites, these are the following: Accordion block - These allow you to display information in collapsible rows. This block is usually used to display text heavy content such as FAQs. Divider block - These are visual elements that separate content sections, improving readability and user experience. We have added a few different divider style options and the ability to change the colours and invert the shape.
🚛 Driver app delivery window extension This new update enables you to have access to a processed delivery round in the driver app in the day prior to delivery. Previously the driver app only enabled deliveries on the day of delivery set in the admin. This gives you increased flexibility when doing your deliveries - for example if you deliver overnight in a time period that covers midnight you will be able to complete your delivery round starting late evening through to the early morning without interruption.
🔢 Grouped product SKU’s in Fulfilment Grouped product SKU’s are now included in the fulfilment reports and data grids. 👀 View order button added to sales insights Added a ‘view order’ button to ‘sales insights’ page which opens order dialogue box making for easier search and refunding of items. 🐛 Bug fixes
- Swaps and Suppliers Printing fix - Printings for these two reports has now been fixed with the ability to print all pages effectively.
- Swaps and product disabling - We have provided a fix for where a product was disabled but the swap option remained active.
- Packing screen label printing - Fixed an issue when printing single labels from the packing screen where the farm logo was missing. Logos are now visible when printing from the packing screens.
- Limited available stock fix - When a product that has the limited available stock is modified in the customer basket to a large quantity, this is now accounted for in the inventory level for that product.
- Swaps and available in boxes - Fix to the inventory editing now prevents an item being able to be made available as a swap without ‘available in boxes’ being enabled.
- Inventory negative stock number - Provided a fix to prevent being able to add a negative stock quantity
- Text format and line breaks in product description - Provided a fix so that the text format is the same in the storefront as it is in the content builder, meaning line breaks can be added to product descriptions.
- Homepage deletion - provided a fix to prevent user homepages from being deleted unintentionally.
- Swap selection list display cut off - provided a fix that prevents the swap selection list from being cut off from view in the customers browser.
- Improved text positioning and visual alignment on Signup / Sign in dialogs.
- Fixed an issue where changing pages in the customer list reverted to page one.
- Fixed Quick product edit allowing quantity to be set to 0.
