We are excited to launch a host of new features and updates to our platform this afternoon! This includes the following: 📈 Admin analytics We have added analytics tracking using Posthog for better insight into our platforms usage. This includes tracking events such as page views within the admin, clicks on navigation items, feature usage and improved error event diagnostics. This will help us monitor feature usage and inform future feature prioritisation based on real usage data. 🙏 It would really help us all, if you could make sure to ‘Accept’ the cookie consent form which will pop up in the admin to enable this.
📧 Holiday collection reminder email
We have added a new automated email that is sent to customers on the morning of their normal collection day if they have an active holiday cancellation booked that week. This is designed to reinforce clarity with holiday bookings especially for those who have large numbers of collections, aiming to prevent mistakenly collected orders. You can edit the text content for this in Settings > Emails in your admin.
🧱 New Gradient Divider added to the content builder A new gradient divider option has been added to our new divider block options giving you even more design capabilities in our website content builder. There are 3 variant options available with this divider block.
Other improvements:
- Adjustment made to improve visuals of page template selection. Headings were previously not visible on certain zoom ratios.
- Refactored multiple components to use for improved stability and future development.
- New warning dialog when changing a product’s unit of measurement, helping to prevent accidental changes.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Delivery charge now applied correctly when creating a manual order in the admin
- Fixed issue where incorrect products were appearing in product lists when searching.
- Resolved issues with quantity and price fields appearing inverted on dialog to add line items to an order
- Fixed formatting issues ensuring email content aligns with what has been added in the email content builder
