We are excited to launch a host of new features and updates to our platform this afternoon! This includes the following:
❓ Customer surveys and survey opt-out. We have begun the roll of the customer surveys with the first emails going out this morning. Thank you to all of you who have opted in to the surveys so far.
This work will help lay the foundations for future work on email segmentation and customer email preferences. The feedback received will be valuable for us planning future development on our storefront websites.
Customers can additionally opt out of the surveys by unsubscribing in the survey emails or in their account area under ‘privacy’. If you are yet to opt in you can do so any time by going to the new page settings > privacy in your GG admin.
🍪 Cookie consent with anonymised tracking options
We have introduced a new cookie consent option which allows customers to opt-in to identified tracking. This enables more detailed analytics of the usage of our websites giving more accurate analysis of things such as retention.
The customer has the option to not consent to the additional tracking and can continue to browse on the site anonymously if they wish. Customers can change the cookie consent any time under ‘privacy’ in the customer account menu when they are browsing the site.
🌻 New product group options added New products groups have been added to the product settings including: Meat, Flowers and Edible Flowers.
Other improvements: Discount code duplicate prevention - The system now prevents duplicate discount codes. Drop number fix in full week export of packing exports - When viewing full week packing the drop number is now linked to the delivery round drop number rather than the whole list.
Product SKU added to live basket total - Product SKU number has been added to Live baskets > Total page for improved reporting UI polish: tooltips and alignment improvements - Minor alignment adjustments to things such as group colours and products on reports.
Tracking Improvements - Signup funnel and new customer conversion tracking added - This enables tracking of key moments in the sign-up process to identify friction points and drop-offs. Subscription deadline info added to event tracking.

- Packing fee not being added to manual orders resolved
- Archived products no longer appear in discount product lists
