We are excited to launch a host of new features and updates to our platform this afternoon! This includes the following: 🔎 Product Search Functionality This new functionality allows products in your store to be searched across all categories and to be added to customer baskets from within the search. This will be a game changer when it comes to customers easily discovering and adding items to their baskets. Results are delivered together with a set of category filters that customers can use to refine their results. The search results will be based on:
- Product name
- Category name that the product appears in (could be more than one)
- (New) Search keys - now in individual product settings

🧭 Website Navigation Update This new feature enables a whole new ‘Advanced’ navigation style for your store. This includes drop down support for ‘Shop’ and ‘Content’ pages. This is designed for stores with large number of shop categories and pages.
You now have the ability to choose between ‘Standard’ and the new ‘Advanced’ header navigation. You can enable this in your ‘Store’ settings under ‘Header’. 👉🏼 Read our updated guide on store settings. ⚙️ Increased frequency options for products We have now launched more frequency options for recurring items from within the product settings. You can now define what frequency a product is available from within a product, but we have also added the new options ‘Every 3 weeks’ and ‘Every 4 weeks’. This is ideal for subscription products that customers want a longer period between deliveries for such as Meat boxes. You can define the frequency options from within the product once ‘allow recurring orders’ is toggled on.
Other improvements
Subcategory Card List navigation - On mobile, the subcategory list now works as a slider, making browsing easier without taking too much screen space. On desktop, up to 5 subcategories are shown with a "view more" option to reduce long scrolling on large catalogs.
Credit report added to data over time - A new credit report has been added to data over time in the data hub. You can read more about this update here.
Available in boxes button separated from product status - this means you can now have a disabled product that is ‘available in boxes’ and can be added to box contents.
Printed packing sheet product order - products now listed in correct product grouping order.
Bug fixes
- Menus persisting after navigating on site - fixed so does not persist on pages after loading.
- Fixed a bug where the holiday booking dialog was cut off when zoomed in on browser.
- Fixed a bug where postcodes were not recognised if entered in lower case in ‘Distribution settings’.
- Search bar added to customer ‘dislikes’ page - customers can now search for preferences under ‘all products’.
