How to use the inventory management table

Our Inventory management table enables you to quickly view and update the stock of your products in one simple table rather than updating within the individual product settings. This guide will detail how to use the ‘Inventory management’ table.

  1. Access Inventory Table:
      • Go to Products > Manage Inventory to view and edit stock details directly in a table.
  1. Editable Fields:
      • Stock type (choose from not limited, limited, or weekly).
      • Stock quantity (must be a positive number).
  1. Non-Editable Fields (View Only):
      • Available stock, Active, Boxable, and Swap settings.
  1. How to Edit:
      • Double-click a row or click the edit icon → Change values → Click the save icon on the row.
      • Green confirmation pop-up: “Product inventory updated successfully”.
  1. Cancel Changes:
      • Hit the ‘X’ icon to discard unsaved edits.

💡 You can edit multiple products before saving each one individually.


Quick inventory management

 

To quick update your product stock navigate to products > manage inventory. This will provide a table that enables you to edit the stock options and quantities on your products. You can read more about the different stock options in our platform here stock management. In the table the following fields are editable:

  • Stock type (choice of not limited, limited and weekly)
  • Stock quantity
 

The following fields are not editable in the table:

  • Available stock (this displays the total stock left for a limited available stock product)
  • Active - this is whether the product is currently enabled or disabled
  • Boxable - whether the product is ‘available in boxes’ or not.
  • Swap - whether the product is available as a swap or not.

To edit the Active, boxable and swap settings you can do so in the link data grid.
 

Updating the inventory data

To update the stock type and quantity for a product you can either ‘double click’ on the product row or click the ‘edit’ icon on the right hand side.

You can edit stock for multiple products before saving individually.

Proceed to apply changes to the fields you want to update. To save the changes hit the ‘save’ icon on the product.

⚠️

When entering a quantity the value must be a positive number.

Product inventory updated successfully’ will pop up in the right hand corner when the changes have been confirmed. To cancel the changes hit the ‘X’ icon on the right hand side of the product row.
