- Access Quick Edit Mode:
- Go to
Products > Manage Products, toggle ‘Quick edit’ to enable an editable table view.
- Editable Fields Include:
- Product name, status, quantity, UOM, price, VAT, availability, and packing fee.
- ⚠️ Grouped products are excluded; edit these via their individual settings page.
- Editing a Product:
- Double-click or click the edit icon next to a product → Make changes via checkboxes, dropdowns, or fields → Click save icon to apply (green pop-up confirms success).
- Bulk Editing:
- Tick multiple products → Click edit → Modify shared fields → Hit save to apply changes to all selected products.
- You can also bulk delete selected products.
- Canceling Changes:
- Click the ‘X’ icon to discard edits for a specific product.
💡 You can edit multiple products before saving each individually.
Quick editing products
You can access the quick editing of products from within the products > manage products page. To quick edit or bulk edit products click the ‘Quick edit’ toggle. This will change the table view to an editable data grid.
Fields included for quick editing
The following columns are included in the quick editing data grid:
- Product name
- Product status (enabled or disabled)
- Quantity
- UOM
- Price
- VAT amount
- Available in boxes
- Available for swaps
- Packing fee
Grouped products are not included in the quick edit table due to having multiple options within the products. These can be edited by going into the product settings page for these items.
Editing the product data
To edit the product data from the quick edit data grid, navigate to the product you want to change. You can either ‘Double click’ on the product or click on the ‘edit icon’ on the right hand side of the table. This will then enable the editing of the product from within the table.
You can then edit the product settings - this will be a combination of tick boxes, quantities or drop down lists for you depending on the setting.
To save the changes hit the ‘save’ icon on the right hand side. A green pop will appear in the bottom right hand corner when the settings have been saved successfully.
To cancel a change that has been made click in ‘X’ icon, this will close the product to editing.
Bulk editing products
The quick edit data grid also enables you to bulk edit products. To bulk edit a batch of products select multiple products using the ‘tick box’ selector on the left hand side of the table.
When multiple products are selected this releases the option to either ‘edit’ the selected products or ‘delete’ them. Click the ‘edit’ icon to then show the bulk editing fields for the products.
Once you have updated the bulk settings for the selected products, hit the ‘save’ icon. This will confirm the bulk changes.
