Bulk Importing Credits

The bulk credit import feature lets you upload a list of credits that automatically updates each customer's credit balance. This is particularly useful when a product can't be delivered to a large number of customers and you need to issue refunds in bulk.
You can import credits from the /finances page in your admin panel.
How to bulk import credits
1. Open the import dialog. Navigate to your /finances page and click Import credits at the top of the page.

2. Download the CSV template. In the dialog, click Download template in the bottom-right corner.

3. Fill in the template. Open the file in your preferred spreadsheet program and complete all required fields.
4. Upload your file. Drag the completed file into the dialog, or select it from your device.
5. Validate your data. Click Validate in the bottom-left of the dialog. If there are any errors, you'll see the affected row numbers and fields so you can fix them before importing.


6. Import the credits. Once validation passes, click Import, then click Import again in the confirmation dialog to finish.


That's it — your customers' credit balances will be updated automatically.
