When does order data show in live baskets?
Products in customer baskets move from live baskets to fulfilment and then back to live baskets when orders process. Live baskets will show order data prior to your next order processing deadline(s).
One off orders - will show in the week they are ordered for until the order is processed. This can be many weeks in the future if an item is pre ordered.
Fortnightly orders - will show in the week they are scheduled for. For example if you are in an even week number eg week 2 - fortnightly odd orders will be visible in week 3.
Weekly orders - will show in once, one week ahead and not in multiple future weeks. For example if your orders process on a Monday for a delivery round - when the orders process the live baskets will then update with the next batch of orders for the coming week.
Live basket pages
Total
Live basket totals data provides the total amount of each individual product and the associated unit. This data does not include any customers who have no payment method or that are on holiday for that week.
Show veg boxes toggle - when toggled off the totals will include both veg box items and extras. When toggled on the totals will show just additional items and the sum total of veg box products.

Portions
Live basket portions shows the total required for each product, split down by the different different portion sizes. This is useful if you want to get ahead on pre packing any items.

Swaps
Live basket swaps details any swaps that have been made by the auto swap algorithm or by the customer themselves. This can be used for example if an item is no longer available to identify the customers who have swapped in a particular product into their veg box.
Customers
Live basket customers lists all the products ordered on one row and the customer that has ordered them along with their delivery round, distribution method and delivery day.
This data includes customers who have no payment method and those who have booked a holiday for that week. This is shown in the Stripe and On holiday columns with a ✓or ✖︎ as to whether they have a payment method set up or holiday booked. You can use the ‘filters’ to search for particular orders based on the columns provided. You can also export this list with email addresses for contacting customers.

Collection points
Live-baskets/collection-points displays the collection points and capacity of the collection point. See our collection point guidance for for more information. This enables you to edit the collection point settings if the capacity has been reached, not allowing any new customers to sign up.
Time Sensitive
The time sensitive live basket product report details any items in baskets that have a subscription lock set on them. You can read more about time sensitive products and live baskets here.

Resolving Dislikes in Customer Boxes
Summary: The Dislikes in Boxes report shows any customer boxes that still contain disliked items before their orders are processed. Use this report to spot and fix issues early — ideally just after publishing box contents — so customers receive a box they're happy with and you avoid unnecessary complaints or refunds.
The Dislikes in Boxes report, found at /live-baskets/dislikes, displays any remaining dislikes in customer box contents before their orders are processed. This gives you a chance to resolve issues before customers receive any system communications and before the order is finalised.

When to check the report
For best results, review the report at two points in your workflow:
- Just after publishing box contents, to catch any dislikes the swap algorithm wasn't able to resolve automatically.
- Again closer to order processing, as a final check before orders go out.
How to swap out a disliked item
1. Open the dislikes report. Navigate to /live-baskets/dislikes and click Edit next to the relevant record.
2. Find the customer's basket. Because the order hasn't processed yet, you'll need to locate their basket contents in the bottom-right of their customer record.

3. Start the swap. Click the swap icon next to the item you want to replace.
4. Choose a replacement. Select the new item you'd like to add to the customer's box.

Once the swap is complete, the customer will no longer appear in the Dislikes in Boxes list.
